As a fellow Abilify user, three are several alternatives:

1) have your doctor look into changing meds - -there are tons of effective alternatives that each have different side effects.
2) be careful with your diet. I'm married to a dietician who watches what I eat, so that's easier for me.
3) there are diabetes medicines that are often used "off-label" along with Abilify for preventative purposes.

Good luck.

post is OT but thats not the problem, user email shows up 5 times in stop forum spam database under wildly different IP addresses from the one recorded here. The one recorded here shows up another 3 times.

In other words spammer.

what a lot of places do is make the mod's review users first post, so they post this type of thing out of the blue to try and get by that before selling you knock off brand medication (this time Abilify) and steal your CC info
