I love the tweaked out wink it gives.

I think you could have made it walk a bit better had there been more weight and/or more friction on the bottom of the feet. Maybe making them pointy and moving the batteries up on the back.

Regardless, great job. And a holiday penguin definitely goes along with the spirit of the comp.

friction is a major par of it, in the vid it actually slides a little bit around the 7 inch mark, which would have gained maybe another 0.25 inch

weight, it will not walk at all with the batteries any closer to the center, it has to be a bit tippy or it just stands there and the battery pack swinging around way out there like that does the trick

Nice work Osgeld! Mine (https://sites.google.com/site/mjrippe/santapede-fail) was a Fail! After spending $5 on the santa and most of a day working on it, I just left it alone.
