Acquire a dancing Santa. We don’t care which one it is, how much you spend, how big it is etc. We know there are tons of models out there ranging from dancing Christmas [Homer Simpson] to giant life sized Santa

It has to be santa but damn it looks awsome and freaky... how come it walks slow?

1) I am not taking the opinion of another member as rules (and screw it its Santa penguin, happy? )

2) the quote button IS NOT the reply button, dont know why this is a fad now days, do know why most forums do not have the quote button available (cause its annoying to see 25 quotes in a quote with less than a sentence in response)

3) it walks slow cause its a chunk of crap, in fact today was the first time it walked by itself without extra parts, I happened to hook the battery holder where it was sticking out on the back while it was wiggling and it was enough to make it walk without my finger on the back

In order for it to walk it needs a counterweight to tip the left/right legs up just a bit, from there it just kind of shuffles on the next cycle

Looks a lot better then mine, thats for sure.

I love how it has that "special" wink to it as its moving.

the special wink is part of the device, it sings an obnoxious Christmas song and tween the verses it flutters its eyes, the lazy eyelid came about cause that eye popped out when ripping its face off, I super glued it in but used a bit too much and it ran down to the little metal rod behind it, it still worked but it would often shut and stay shut, so I just glued it half down and cut the string leading to the motor

I love how it has that "special" wink to it as its moving.
