Hello again! As my older project failed and turned into something unknown i ask hackaday guys and girls : How does one make a earbuds with a microphone and volume control... And as always pictures http://failiem.lv/u/ifbcsev (virus free site if ur suspicious)
now the hard question : is it simple (rewire 1 or 2 things and thats it ) or hard (do many hard things to get one microphone?)

Different wiring / designs exist for different needs and manufactures. For instance, Apple may include authentication chips in some of their plug in cables. That could make it very difficult to build something.

Most ready made ear-buds-and-microphones are so inexpensive and the microphones you buy are so small compared to what you are likely to build, that I would just buy rather than build one.

You did not say, but let's assume you want to implement the Apple volume control protocol. I would start here:

Yeah they are Samsung (literary written on the earbuds), Can i use the existing board/things to re-make it into a microphone? I see the board (where the wire goes) mybe somehow do the mcgyver type wiring = ductape and some coin scrapped bronze ?
