Source of tiny precision bearing?

Where can you scavenge a small outer diameter precision bearing?

I'm looking for something with maybe 5 millimeter OD or smaller, with a runout close to 0.001mm. It wouldn't have to take any forces at all, only being gently turned by hand.

My first thought was the motor assembly from a broken hard drive or DVD player, but those motors are too wide and wouldn't fit in my application. Same goes for a laser polygon mirror assembly.

Drilling and reaming a greased hole wouldn't be precise enough, because I don't have the means to turn a matching shaft, and my cheap reamers aren't all that round.
