Request a hack or modification here:

So, you need a new wheelchair control for your nephew, someone here can figure it it. Maybe you want ambient lighting for your car to match the music, we've probably got someone here who does that.

No illegal "hacking" requests allowed and we are not responsible for the activities of the users. If you make an arrangement with another user, it is between the two of you.

Creative Developer Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, innovative, and technically savvy developer to join our team to create immersive experiences for our clients and agency initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and creative language agnostic developer who enjoys working in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced agency environment in one of the best cities in the world.

Candidates need to have a strong, demonstrated working knowledge of current front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Flash) and back-end web development technologies. Experience with and a curiosity about languages/devices such as Processing/Wiring/Arduino, Rasberry Pi, Kinect hacking, etc. is highly desired.

You will be part of a growing team tasked with creating interactive prototypes, physical computing installations, standalone digital products and platforms as well as open source projects. Essentially, we’re looking for someone who wants to constantly push creative and technological boundaries in the name of creating cool digital experiences.

This is NOT a pure developer position – the ideal candidate will need to be able to contribute to the conceptual and creative thinking that goes into our interactive projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities
Elevate agency work by leveraging new and existing technology platforms to prototype new and innovative ideas.
Work closely alongside the Creative team to educate and ideate during the creative development process with regards to technical feasibility.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines and consistently deliver on target and on time.
Able to see projects through from concept to completion.
Write code clearly, use version control, understand OOP patterns and combine/patch libraries to produce desired outcome.
Educate internal and external teams on new technologies and emerging platforms.
Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, UI / UX Designers, Motion Graphics Professionals, Videographers and Producers to execute digital and cross-channel projects and campaigns with excellence.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience front and backend development - agency experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of software engineering methodologies.
Experience rapid prototyping in a fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge and understanding of strengths and limitations of programming in current and emerging platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

To apply or request more information please contact ellie_hardy@gspsf.com.

Looking forward to meeting you!

Uh oh, did someone let the headhunters in? :)

Also, as someone who blocks all Flash content from untrused sites, the "immersive experience" of your web page looks like a big black empty wall of nothing. :(
Hopefully the new guy will be a real HTML wizard.
